Job Summary eBusiness Solutions is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS/Middleware/HRMS personnel with 7-10 year of experience to work on an ERP and Middleware upgrade initiatives for one of our clients. In addition, client is looking for a universal 'go-to' person with significant depth around Oracle ESB, Oracle Fusion, HCM, EPM and HRCS functional areas. Responsibilities also include advising customers on application development methodologies/tools. This person will be responsible to identify and implement best practices around HRMS implementation/upgrades and subsequent releases.
Education Qualification
  • B.E. / B.S. / B. Tech degree in computer science/electrical/mechanical/electronics or similar discipline.
  • 7-10 years of hands on experience on various Oracle technology components.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex programs and algorithms to meet client's business requirements
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing and integrating multiple components of overall ERP eco system to facilitate end to end implementation
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in several key areas of Oracle Fusion Middleware systems and mentor Jr. level developers.
Technical Qualifications
  • Oracle / Peoplesoft Certification is critical for this particular position.
  • Oracle Extensive programming experience in the following technologies and languages is highly desired: Oracle ESB, Oracle Fusion, PeopleTools 8.x/9.x, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Integration Broker, Application Designer, Application Engine, Security, and Workflow
  • Experience developing Time and Labor Rules is highly desired
  • Experience with all phases of testing including unit, system integration, parallel, performance and user acceptance
  • Expertise in using a query language, such as SQL to write complex joins using innner and out join strategies
  • Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or another relational database management system (DB2, etc) is desired
  • Experience in Oracle/PeopleSoft HR/Payroll configuration table setup is desired
  • Experience with QA Automation, planning and creation of automated scripts is desired
  • Experience with a systems development life cycle methodology is desired
