eBusiness Solutions is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS/Middleware/HRMS personnel with 7-10 year of experience to work on an ERP and Middleware upgrade initiatives for one of our clients. In addition, client is looking for a universal 'go-to' person with significant depth around Oracle ESB, Oracle Fusion, HCM, EPM and HRCS functional areas. Responsibilities also include advising customers on application development methodologies/tools. This person will be responsible to identify and implement best practices around HRMS implementation/upgrades and subsequent releases.
Minimum 3-5 years of Java /J2EE / Web App / Swing development experience Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills Working knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/Object Oriented Design methodologies and life cycles Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a web based application development using application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat Hands-on expertise in J2EE technologies: JSP, Servlets, EJB , JMS, JDBC, JNDI, XML Hands-on expertise in J2EE frameworks: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, TopLink, AJAX, Log4J, Commons Logging, Commons API Hands-on expertise writing mid to complex level SQL statements using innner, outer, cross joins. Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures Knowledge of workflow systems and architecture Knowledge of industry standard RDBMS such as Oracle 9i/10g or DB2 8/9 Knowledge of basic commands on Unix environment
